FOR THE CREPES

ONE CUP FLOUR
ONE EGG
TWO CUPS ALMOND MILK
ONE ROASTED BEETROOT, PUREED OR GRATED
PINCH OF SALT
COCONUT OIL

TOPPINGS

NUTELLA + ALMOND BUTTER
BERRIES + ANY FRUITS
HONEY
BRIE CHEESE
GREENS + OTHER VEGGIES
PESTO

LET'S COOK

#1 MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A BOWL (MAKE SURE YOUR BEET IS ROASTED AND PUREED OR GRATED).
#2 HEAT A NON STICK PAN OVER LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT WITH COCONUT OIL.
#3 FRY CREPES - MAKE SURE TO QUICKLY MOVE THE PAN TO EVENLY DISTRIBUTE THE BATTER.
#4 ONCE THE EDGES ARE DRY OR BUBBLES FORM AT THE TOP, FLIP AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
#5 SERVE PINK CREPES WITH TOPPINGS AND ENJOY!
